Regional IT Operations Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a leadership role in our regional demand operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging local vendors, subject matter experts, and central IT teams.

Job Overview

This position serves as the first layer of demand operations outside Pakistan, ensuring alignment of regional IT services with global corporate standards. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish effective communication channels between local business stakeholders and central IT teams.
  • Standardize local IT services under corporate control, ensuring seamless integration with global processes.
  • Oversee procurement processes, guaranteeing accurate creation and processing of purchase requests/orders.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Align regional IT setups with global standards and processes, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for non-standard applications and issues, escalating complex challenges when necessary.
  • Support contract management and monitor vendor performance, maintaining documentation and compliance records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services, including telecom, networking, printing, and vendor contracts.
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management principles.
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
