Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborating with leadership to design and execute change management initiatives.
  • Enhancing employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
  • Overseeing the performance management lifecycle to foster high performance culture.
  • Ensuring new employees receive comprehensive on-boarding and induction experience.
  • Reviewing and analyzing business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Initiating forums and mechanisms to enhance employee experience.
  • Addressing and resolving employee relations issues to ensure fair work environment.
  • Providing ongoing support to leadership team on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborating with People Operations to brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in software, e-commerce, or technology industry.
