Business Partner - Strategic HR Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business success through people-related solutions.

You will create a strategic people agenda that enables the business to achieve its goals, working closely with senior leaders to deliver on various people-related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of talent management, linking employee engagement to business needs.
  • Develop and implement Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and manpower planning for the business.
  • Lead the performance management cycle, including KRA setting, performance review, normalization, increment, and promotion cycle.
  • Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective propositions for the business in areas such as talent acquisition, career development, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Use data strategically to identify trends and improve organizational health, informing decisions on succession planning and career growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of employees to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for critical roles.

Requirements:

  • Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Ability to work in constraints and display a knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, driving organizational change.
