Job Title: Strategic Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of all human resources matters, including performance management, leadership development, talent review, succession planning, employee pulse, employee relations, and grievance handling.
  • Act as a change agent within the organization to support change management efforts involving organizational redesign, mergers, acquisitions, and transfers to ensure compliance.
  • Support and lead the implementation of local and global projects, initiatives within HR, and across the business.
  • Provide HR partnering, management, coaching, and counseling to business leaders and managers to effectively meet business goals.
  • Respond to management and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Operate as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and work in conjunction with business leaders and line managers on employee issues.
