Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in implementing HR strategies that drive business outcomes and support our units in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with various stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication
  • Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms in collaboration with the Corporate HR team
  • Identify high-potential employees and provide opportunities for development and growth in collaboration with the Corporate HR team
  • Collaborate with the Corporate HR team to ensure employee participation in individual development plans (IDPs) to enhance overall functional and behavioral competencies
  • Drive recognition and reward programs to motivate high-performing employees
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires
  • Identify training needs within the unit and collaborate with the corporate L&D team to deliver targeted training programs
