Working Capital Finance Solutions Manager

This role is responsible for leading the development and management of relationships with key partners to drive growth in working capital finance solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of working capital finance products, including cash credit, overdrafts, bank guarantees, letters of credit, supply chain financing, invoice factoring, and trade credit.

  • Identify potential partners to enhance the working capital finance ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partners and expand the partner network.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They will be able to think strategically and identify opportunities to grow and optimize partnerships.

The Working Capital Finance Solutions Manager will work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, legal, and finance, to understand client needs and develop tailored financial solutions.

They will also conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, ensuring the company stays ahead of competitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering and growing relationships with existing partners in the working capital finance space.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to structure working capital finance solutions.
  • Leading negotiations with partners and clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Providing training and support to partners on working capital finance products.
  • Tracking partner performance and monitoring KPIs.
  • Staying informed about changes in financial regulations and market dynamics.
  • Monitoring industry developments and best practices.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of working capital finance products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to grow and optimize partnerships.
