Job Title: Senior Financial Director

Job Description:

  • Manage the financial health and strategic planning of a diversified business conglomerate.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support long-term goals and advise on business and financial planning.
  • Oversee preparation and approval of all financial reporting metrics, monitor and direct implementation of strategic business plans.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports, conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the finance function, manage cash flow and expense control processes. Implement operational best practices to maximise revenue and develop financial and tax strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage, lead, and develop teams and coordinate with other functional teams.
