Job Overview

The Manager - Partnerships & Alliance plays a pivotal role in spearheading the growth of our commercial vertical by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Identification and Onboarding:
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other stakeholders relevant to commercial construction.
  • Relationship Building and Management:
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with partners to drive continuous engagement and project flow.
  • Negotiation and Partnership Terms:
  • Negotiate partnership terms and contracts ensuring mutual value creation.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and business development efforts, actively scouting for individuals and institutions that own land and are looking to build commercial establishments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run outreach campaigns, events, and workshops targeting landowners and potential partners.
  • Act as a bridge between partners and internal project teams ensuring smooth project onboarding and execution.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Operations, Design, etc.) to enable seamless project kick-offs post-partnership acquisition.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, keeping a close watch on competitor strategies, partner ecosystems, and market trends in commercial real estate and construction.
