Role Overview
We seek a results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team and drive joint business growth by managing and scaling strategic partner relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will act as an extension of our clients' GTM infrastructure, leveraging expertise to build and execute co-selling and demand generation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key partners including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
- Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand our clients' reach and impact.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights, report on key metrics, and continuously improve GTM tactics.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-6 years in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within B2B technology or SaaS industry.
- Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, adept at strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
