Broker Partnership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and expand partnerships with brokerage firms in India.

  • This role involves establishing and maintaining strategic alliances, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions, identifying and acquiring new brokers PAN India, onboard new brokers to expand our network, managing and nurturing relationships with brokerage partners, coordinating trading activities, and providing support to retail investors.

Facilitating communication between brokers and clients, ensuring smooth trading operations, and delivering exceptional customer service is a key aspect of this role. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term engagement.

Negotiating terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations is also crucial. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration is essential.

Maintaining market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and providing training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions are additional responsibilities.

Frequently analyzing broker performance metrics and optimizing engagement strategies, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement broker-related promotional campaigns is also required.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role.

A strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations is essential, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes is crucial, as well as a self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is required, along with attention to detail and accuracy in trading transactions.

Experience in fintech or trading-related industries is beneficial.
