Job Summary

This key role is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that positively impact the competitive position of software solutions.

  • Own full tender submissions, including costing, pricing, deal strategy and terms and conditions, in compliance with ITO processes.
  • Participate in internal meetings and risk reviews to gain management approvals.
  • Lead the deal review process to ensure all technical and commercial risks are properly incorporated in scope, cost and proposal wording.
  • IDentify appropriate qualifications/exceptions to drafts of contracts and negotiate T&Cs with customers.
  • Interface with sales and functional teams to develop commercial strategies and solutions that meet customer requirements and business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial operations / contract management experience, including at least 1 year in the oil and gas industry.
