">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial function of the Zone, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and driving business growth through effective management of stock accounting, transportation, and warehouse operations.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage the overall commercial function of the Zone, including setting and monitoring performance metrics.">
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory regulations, including timely renewal of licenses and adherence to security arrangements and safety measures.">
- Reconcile and monitor stock accounting in SAP/Physical on a monthly basis, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.">
- Optimize transportation and dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery of goods across the Zone.">
- Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in all warehouses, ensuring smooth operations and maximum efficiency.">
- Manage CFA agreements, including renewals, revisions, and new appointments, to maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.">
- Develop and implement training programs for CFA manpower to enhance their skills and knowledge in commercial aspects, such as scientific storage, loading/unloading operations, and redressing.">
- Oversee warehousing agreements, selecting new godowns and finalizing agreements to ensure optimal use of resources.">
- Monitor and report on the throughput/effectiveness of each depot/warehouse, providing insights for improvement and optimization.">
- Track company assets and maintain accurate records of loose oil status and liquidation activities.">
- Promote fast and accurate billing, ensuring invoices are dispatched within 24 hours of billing.">
- Provide regular reports to HO Commercial on cluster activity, highlighting key issues and suggesting solutions.">
- Generate monthly review reports on Warehouse Damages, Scrapping, Warehouse Utilization, CF Performance, and Distributor Unloading Performance.">
Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in a senior commercial role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain management context.">
- Proven track record of success in managing commercial functions, including stock accounting, transportation, and warehouse operations.">
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train CFA manpower.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.">
- Proficiency in WMS and other relevant software systems.">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.">
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.">
