Job Opportunity:

As a senior marketing professional, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of email and marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

This pivotal role is focused on driving revenue through strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring that our email and marketing automation efforts are effectively aligned with our commercial objectives and customer engagement goals.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in leading successful email and marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on strategy, customer engagement, and business growth within the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities include: Evaluating and refining the current email and marketing strategy, Defining clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, Staying ahead of industry trends and marketing innovations, Leading the development and execution of the marketing roadmap, Developing compelling business cases, Ensuring campaigns are fully supported by necessary resources and tools, Working alongside marketers to optimize email performance, Enhancing customer journeys through personalization, Segmentation, and dynamic content, Maximizing the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Serving as the connection between business/commercial teams and the Email Development Team, Collaborating closely with Performance, Data, and Webshop teams, Engaging and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, Managing reporting efforts on commercial performance of email campaigns, Presenting campaign performance to key stakeholders, Developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive commercial results, Translating data into actionable insights and strategic decisions, Communicating and managing stakeholder relationships, A creative, strategic thinker who is passionate about customer engagement and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles within e-commerce or retail, with a focus on customer engagement and business growth.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive commercial results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships.
