Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Business Development
  • Develop comprehensive business strategies aligned with company goals in the commercial projects sector.
  • Own account management post-deal closure.
  • Cultivate a collaborative work environment promoting teamwork and innovation.
Market Analysis & Client Relations
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Deliver tailored solutions and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Proposal & Partnership Development
  • Mastery of compelling proposal development, bids, and presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with contractors, developers, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Innovation & Process Excellence
  • Drive innovation initiatives and contribute to new service/product development based on market insights.
  • Leverage digital tools and technology platforms to enhance business development processes and client engagement.
  • Contribute to brand positioning and marketing strategies to strengthen market presence.
  • Continuously improve business development processes through implementation of best practices for operational efficiency.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required. Strong background in commercial real estate, construction, infrastructure, and interiors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business tools.
