Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our commercial Interior Fitout Projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Cost Planning: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimates and efficient resource allocation.
  • Consultant and Contractor Procurement: Source and appoint qualified consultants and contractors, negotiating contracts and terms that meet project requirements.
  • Design Management: Oversee the design process, ensuring that designs meet project objectives and are delivered on time.
  • Construction Management: Coordinate construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on commercial Interior Fitout Projects.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in project management tools such as MSP.
