Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our team in managing commercial interior fitout projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in project management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, and construction management.
  • Coordinate the activities of appointed project consultants and ensure alignment with project schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including internal and external parties.
  • Manage all project procurement and coordination activities, including the procurement of early works and main contractors, critical equipment, and other specialist suppliers.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including master programs and formal project progress updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field, with a postgraduate degree in Construction Management or a similar field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in budget management and project planning, with hands-on experience in project management tools (e.g., MSP).
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with a focus on operations management.
  • Experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
