Job Description:

As a Senior Project Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end management of commercial interior fitout projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, construction management, and project coordination will be instrumental in delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinating the activities of project consultants and ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets
  • Managing and overseeing all project procurement and coordination activities
  • Preparing progress reports and other key documents for stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Postgraduate Degree in Construction Management, or Master of Business Administration

Skills:

  • Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Communication and Project Planning Skills
  • Experience with Budget Management and Project Coordination Tools
