About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead high-priority projects and drive business success. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure execution adheres to defined strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and leadership to ensure team members remain motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Manage change requests and project deviations with minimal disruption to the project scope, cost, or quality.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce rigorous quality standards and processes to ensure the highest quality of project deliverables. Meet client specifications and requirements.
• Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction. Manage external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to meet project requirements.
• Reporting & Communication: Regularly report project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders. Provide clear, concise, and actionable information.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and frameworks to drive better project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 8-11 years of experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project objectives.
• Extensive experience working with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business needs.
• Significant experience in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, while ensuring effective cost control and quality assurance.
• Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks and issues that could impact project timelines, cost, or quality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, making decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar software.
• Proven experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering on service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Prince2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are highly desirable.
