Basant Betons' - India's leading manufacturer of concrete landscaping products - is looking for a
Techno-Commercial Manager
to join their
Hyderabad branch.
The ideal candidate will have a
civil engineering background
with
sales experience
, preferably in construction materials, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and client engagement for our range of
concrete paving and hardscape products
.

  • Business development: Identify and pursue business opportunities in infrastructure, landscaping, real estate, and public projects.
  • Client management: Meet with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers to present product solutions.
  • Sales: Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills:

  • Technical understanding of civil construction principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, project coordination, or business development
  • Background in construction materials, precast, infrastructure, or real estate sectors preferred
  • Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi
