We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating new business leads through proactive outreach and engagement strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and attract potential leads.
  • Conduct product demos and initiate the sales process through targeted outreach and engagement strategies.

Lead Qualification:

Assess the potential of leads through careful evaluation of their needs and alignment with Mailercloud's offerings.


Product Demos:

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Mailercloud's solutions to potential clients.


Outreach Execution:

Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage and educate potential customers about the benefits of Mailercloud's solutions.


Appointment Setting:

Schedule meetings and demonstrations for qualified leads with our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition into the sales pipeline.


CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective customers within HubSpot CRM.


Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and tactics based on market feedback and results.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing communications, or a related field is required.


Experience:

At least 13 years of experience in a sales development or related role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.


Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate conversations and conduct product demos.


Technical Proficiency:

Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and familiarity with sales automation tools.
