Customer Retention Specialist

As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing customer retention campaigns across various categories. This role involves managing daily tasks and coordinating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute customer retention strategies to drive engagement and loyalty.
  2. Manage daily operational tasks and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  3. Design customer journeys across lifecycle touchpoints to enhance the overall customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies.
  5. Build dashboards and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  6. Drive insights and learnings to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  7. Oversee vendor relationships for customer retention platforms, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of customer retention or lifecycle marketing experience in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of customer retention and attribution tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
