**Job Title:** Senior Vice President of Retention & Growth

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Retention and Growth initiatives, driving revenue growth through strategic cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that focus on retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities to drive consistent revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives to deepen client relationships and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
  • Analyze business data to inform sales strategies and optimize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and retaining clients.
  • Deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, and SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate at senior levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment, with a commitment to on-site presence for team collaboration and client engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree from a prestigious institution.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM, and analytics platforms.
