Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our finance, legal, and compliance teams.

The ideal candidate will have strategic financial planning expertise, strong investor relations skills, and the ability to drive growth and profitability.

The successful CFO will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, as well as implementing robust internal controls and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Analysis:
    • Lead budgeting and forecasting for IT services and group entities.
    • Achieve >10% improvement in forecast accuracy using advanced analytics.
    • Provide real-time financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Risk Management & Governance:
    • Implement robust internal controls and risk frameworks tailored to IT services contracts.
    • Ensure 100% compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Standardize finance processes across payroll, billing cycles, AR/AP, and cost control.
    • Drive ERP-based automation to cut reporting cycles by 20%.
  • Revenue Growth & Margin Management:
    • Increase group revenues by 12–15% YoY through strategic pricing.
    • Improve net profit margins by 15–20% through cost rationalization.
  • Investor Relations & IPO Readiness:
    • Build and execute a strong investor relations strategy.
    • Prepare the company for IPO readiness including governance and reporting frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Act as the financial voice of the company with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
    • Partner with delivery, sales, and procurement teams to ensure aligned financial and operational strategies.
