Financial Management Expert

The organization is seeking an experienced Financial Management Expert to oversee its financial functions, including monthly reporting, automation, and statutory compliances.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial statements to senior management for review, maintaining MIS & reports on budgeting, cash flow, turnover, customer outstanding, and collection statement.
  • Collaborate with the team to automate the invoice process and expense module using Tally Prime, integrating with banking, sales, and purchase ERPs solution.
  • E-file returns and their assessment, including Income Tax, GST, and P.F., and liaise with auditors for successful completion of Annual Audit and ROC/MCA Filings.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or Master of Business Administration in Finance with a minimum of 15+ years' experience in the manufacturing or forging industry.
  • Multifunctional experience within finance department for managing monthly reporting and quarterly presentation of results to the Board.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Packages, Advanced Excel Knowledge, TDS, Income Tax, and GST provisions as applicable to BPO/KPOs.
Key Skills:
  • Auditing and Accounting Reporting Standards applicable to SMEs as defined under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Expertise in leading teams and ensuring timely project completion.
