Our ideal candidate is a skilled professional with experience in business leadership, who can drive discussions with senior executives and deliver exceptional results.

As an Executive Vice President at Marsh Multinational, you will be responsible for generating new business and retaining large accounts. You will also be expected to:

  • Develop and maintain effective networks within the business community and industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects' risks needs and determine the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ability to manage & build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.
  • Domain knowledge preferred.
  • MBA degree.
  • Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
