The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the club's annual activity calendar, coordinating events, workshops, and client visits. Key Responsibilities include:
- Event Execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution of club events, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Activity Calendar Management: Develop an annual activity calendar and track progress to ensure alignment with club goals.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the club, property owners, external partners, vendors, and members.
- Meeting Minutes: Record meeting minutes, follow-up on agreed points, and execute tasks accordingly.
- Team Leadership: Properly delegate, monitor, and evaluate assigned responsibilities of team members.
- Staff Management: Ensure all staff consistently adhere to the uniform policy by wearing designated attire while on duty.
