We are seeking an ambitious and organized People Operations professional to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, who can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

This role involves:

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.
  • HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, and anniversaries.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities, including exit letters and documentation.
  • Policy Support: Help draft, update, and communicate People policies aligned with our company culture.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires experimenting with AI to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements. Key skills include hands-on experience in logistics, admin coordination, strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, or coursework in People, operations, or business administration.

What You'll Achieve in Your First 3 Months:
  • Month 1: Learn systems, shadow onboarding tasks, and assist with data accuracy.
  • Month 2: Own vendor coordination, support events, and manage ops independently.
  • Month 3: Run onboarding end-to-end, provide insights for process improvement, and become a subject matter expert.
