Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Are you a seasoned accountant looking for a challenging role that combines tax compliance, accounting, and process improvement?

We are seeking an experienced financial operations specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing multi-location accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and implementing efficient processes.

  • Manage and monitor tax obligations in multiple states (Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, West Bengal, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Busy accounting software; prepare and file returns using CompuTax or similar tax filing software.
  • Oversee financial operations for multiple branches and locations, ensuring tight control and consistency.
  • Handle all aspects of e-commerce financial management (order reconciliation, payout tracking, GST nuances, returns, etc.).
  • Create and manage advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to keep processes streamlined and fully compliant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidates who have completed CA (Inter) are preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance for multi-location businesses.
  • Technical proficiency with Busy accounting software and working knowledge of tax return software like CompuTax.
  • In-depth experience with GST, TDS, ROC, and multi-state Professional Tax compliance.
  • Solid background in e-commerce financial management, able to handle multiple platforms and complex reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivots, macros, VLOOKUPs, and report automation.
