Lead Financial Operations Specialist

We seek a seasoned professional to oversee our financial operations, driving business growth through strategic leadership and process optimization.

  • Daily Operations:
    • Direct the day-to-day management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue management, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.
    • Streamline end-to-end AR/O2C processes for enhanced efficiency.
    • Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to enhance accuracy.
  • Financial Analysis - Revenue and AR:
    • Implement and enforce effective credit and collections policies to ensure timely payment from customers.
    • Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
    • Identify revenue leakage opportunities and implement processes to bridge gaps.
  • Reporting KPIs:
    • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
    • Publish dashboards for management, including age report, provisioning, revenue, growth, and cash flows.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control policies related to Accounts receivable and credit management.
    • Suggest accounting treatments for new business transactions in line with applicable accounting standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidates should be passionate about building efficient processes and driving outcomes.
  • CA with 4-6 years of experience in B2B setup required.
  • Big4 experience is a plus.
  • IFRS/Ind-AS expertise mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality.
