Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and closing monthly books of accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of monthly closures.
  • Handle tax compliance, including GST and TDS, staying up-to-date with changing tax laws and deadlines.
  • Manage vendor payments, invoices, payroll, receivables & payables, optimizing cash flow and reducing costs.
  • Support reviews, audits, and provide timely insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead operational tasks, such as travel bookings, performance appraisals, onboarding/offboarding, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CA (preferred), CA Inter, or MBA Finance degree.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, with a good command of MS Word and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • High attention to detail, goal-oriented, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills (verbal & written English).
