This position requires a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions, preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances, as well as compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (as per applicable standards).
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Companies Act, etc.).
Key skills required include Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, strong background in accounting and finance, and CPA certification preferred. If you possess these qualifications and experience, we'd like to hear from you.
As a Financial Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and coordinating for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
- Providing monthly MIS reports to management (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis).
- Managing vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitoring receivables, credit terms, and follow up for collections.
- Maintaining aging reports and ensuring working capital discipline.
