nTech IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our sales team.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager who can identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the company's strategic direction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and a strong ability to plan and execute sales strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering audio/video sales presentations, generating leads and references, and maintaining strong client relationships. They will also be required to keep abreast of new products and services, undertake training as needed, and perform other activities defined by the Team manager.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in direct sales, B2B or B2C selling
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG, consumer durables industry, or service sector (Telecom, financial products)
You should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach. Passion for sales, innovation, and a result-oriented mindset are essential qualities for this role.
