Job Description for Senior Sales Executive Assistant Manager

Overview:
Careerconnects is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients visiting our real estate site, understanding their requirements and providing relevant information about available properties.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase property features and benefits, emphasizing value propositions and addressing client queries.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and the company, and close deals efficiently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, provide insights into competitor activities and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and facilitate a smooth transaction process, collaborating with the legal and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely paperwork.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports detailing activities, achievements, and challenges, collaborating with the sales manager to analyze performance and strategize for improvement.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to the company's sales policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations governing real estate transactions.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and documentation processes.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Education:
  • Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
