Job Summary:

HireBloc is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and requirements to provide effective solutions and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Liaison between Clients and Internal Teams: Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans to expand the client base and drive business growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on account status and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with products and services.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Contract Negotiation and Renewal: Handle contract negotiation and renewal processes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Monitor competition and maintain awareness of market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Sales Quotas: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Escalations: Manage and resolve customer escalations in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Client Relationship Management Experience: Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to resolve client issues and complaints.
