Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Omatics Digital And Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
This role involves collaborating with various departments to address client needs, providing regular updates to higher management, and identifying opportunities for upselling company products.

- Cultivating strong relationships with clients through provision of outstanding after-sales service.
- Ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

- Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial reservations about company products.
- Maintaining accurate records of existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing guidance and training to client service employees.
- Organizing training sessions to enhance clients' understanding of product features and benefits.
- Ensuring that client information is accurately recorded in our database.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of CRM software.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
