Job Description

As a Solar Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans. Your primary focus will be on commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, leveraging your expertise to identify new business opportunities and close deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell rooftop solar projects > 100kWp to key accounts
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team in Telangana
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and industry associations
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute impactful events and campaigns
  • Work closely with the COO and head of Technical to ensure successful project execution and delivery
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale solar projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong communication with HQ management, providing regular updates and insights

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Able to inspire and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results
  • Prior experience in handling large-scale projects and key accounts is highly desirable
