Overview

SolarSquare Energy seeks a seasoned sales professional to lead our solar energy sales team. As a Solar Energy Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales leader who can manage 3-4 Solar Consultants in the base location, set targets, and help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for daily reporting of sales activities to the ZSM, identifying business opportunities by finding new channels and channel partners, and selling by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Manage 3-4 Solar Consultants in the base location, set targets, and help them achieve their goals.
  • Daily reporting of sales activities to the ZSM.
  • Identify business opportunities by finding new channels and channel partners.
  • Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Enabling on-ground marketing events.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.

Travel Requirements

Travel as required inter-city & inter-state.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
