HVR Solar Pvt. Ltd. is a leading solar energy solutions provider seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives in the Delhi/NCR region.
Salary and BenefitsThe selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of ₹55,000 - ₹65,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned professional to identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the region, drive sales growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong relationships, and driving business expansion in the solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business growth strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Delhi/NCR region.
- BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND OTHER RELEVANT PARTIES.
- CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND TRENDS IN THE SOLAR ENERGY SECTOR.
- PRESENT COMPREHENSIVE REPORTS AND ANALYSIS TO HEADQUARTERS AND REGIONAL SALES TEAM TO INFORM BUSINESS DECISIONS.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the solar energy sector, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Delhi/NCR region.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
