Strategic Business Growth Manager

Job Description:
Business Development in India & South Asia:
- Identify and assess market needs, trends, and competitive landscapes in the military aircraft and space systems sectors, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with market evolution, competitor analysis, and policy changes, providing informed recommendations to support business growth.
- Develop and propose new business opportunities in alignment with strategic priorities, leveraging partnerships tailored to the South Asian market.
- Engage with external stakeholders to understand market requirements, driving business growth through proactive engagement.
- Initiate and advance new initiatives, expanding the company's presence in the region, in line with the divisional strategy.
Regional Strategy Formulation:
- Contribute to the development of regional strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with central and divisional strategy teams to inform and contribute to regional strategy formulation.
- Provide strategic insights to support regional growth, identifying areas for expansion and the underlying rationale.
Partnership and Industrialization Projects:
- Support partnership projects, including:
- Establishing project structures, ensuring effective resource allocation, and validating project objectives.
- Liaising with partners and key external stakeholders to drive project success.
- Key Requirements:
- Master's degree level education.
- Proven experience in the Defence and Aerospace sector.
- Experience working with government and industry stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and strategically think through policy frameworks.
- Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a multicultural team.
- Effective stakeholder management.
