Job Description:

Business Development in India & South Asia:

  • Identify and assess market needs, trends, and competitive landscapes in the military aircraft and space systems sectors, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with market evolution, competitor analysis, and policy changes, providing informed recommendations to support business growth.
  • Develop and propose new business opportunities in alignment with strategic priorities, leveraging partnerships tailored to the South Asian market.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to understand market requirements, driving business growth through proactive engagement.
  • Initiate and advance new initiatives, expanding the company's presence in the region, in line with the divisional strategy.

Regional Strategy Formulation:

  • Contribute to the development of regional strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with central and divisional strategy teams to inform and contribute to regional strategy formulation.
  • Provide strategic insights to support regional growth, identifying areas for expansion and the underlying rationale.

Partnership and Industrialization Projects:

  • Support partnership projects, including:
    • Establishing project structures, ensuring effective resource allocation, and validating project objectives.
    • Liaising with partners and key external stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Master's degree level education.
  • Proven experience in the Defence and Aerospace sector.
  • Experience working with government and industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and strategically think through policy frameworks.
  • Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a multicultural team.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
