Senior Solar Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solar Sales Executive to join our team in North India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on solar energy solutions.
Job DescriptionThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a self-starter with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for identifying and developing long-term relationships with solar distribution channels and strategically important customers.
You will work closely with our project developers and decision-makers to ensure that Hopewind Brand is a natural choice for their solar inverter needs. Additionally, you will participate in events like exhibitions, seminars, and conferences to promote Hopewind Brand and create new business opportunities.
Requirements- A graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in sales/Bd roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in solar components (on-grid inverters/solar modules/PCS/batteries) sales.
- Self-starter with good communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven account management skills required to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
- Experience in managing solar EP key accounts for technical problem-solving and business development activities.
- Good technical know-how of solar photovoltaic systems, solar on-grid string inverters, international/BIS certifications, etc. for string inverters is preferred.
- Experience in working with Govt. Agencies, Tender technical approvals, and liaising for product approvals with state nodal agencies and Discoms will be a plus.
- An estimated annual salary of ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 depending on experience.
