**About the Role:**
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads across mid and large enterprise segments through strategic outreach initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate high-quality leads across mid and large enterprise segments.
- Cold Calling: Make a minimum of 30 cold calls per day to identify potential business opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating prospects.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Social Media Campaigns: Create engaging social media content to promote company services and thought leadership.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases to inform sales efforts.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT and IT services sales.
- Proven sales experience in the US region.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
**Compensation Package:** The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
