**About the Role:**

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads across mid and large enterprise segments through strategic outreach initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate high-quality leads across mid and large enterprise segments.
  • Cold Calling: Make a minimum of 30 cold calls per day to identify potential business opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating prospects.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Create engaging social media content to promote company services and thought leadership.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases to inform sales efforts.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT and IT services sales.
  • Proven sales experience in the US region.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.

**Compensation Package:** The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
