This is an exciting opportunity for a high-achieving and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as Central Growth Strategy Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy and driving growth initiatives that create opportunities for revenue and market share growth.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting and/or end-to-end Go-To-Market in a start-up / scale-up or growing a business. Experience working with MBB firms will be preferred.

You will work closely with our CXOs, functional heads, and growth marketing functional leads to develop and drive growth level strategies. Your strong analytical and critical thinking skills will enable you to deal with data and exercise good judgment in ambiguous circumstances.

We are looking for someone who can switch from strategic / conceptual thinking to pragmatic / operational topics, not afraid of rolling up their sleeves. Excellent organizational and project management skills, excellent storytelling/presentation skills, and solid stakeholder management skills are essential.

Additionally, you should be empathetic when dealing with different people, able to quickly build relationships with external and internal partners, and have a strong appetite for growth and tech topics.
