Job Title: Regional Business Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies for the region, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of Area or Regional Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Oversee sales and revenue growth initiatives, working closely with teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and performance metrics to make informed business decisions.
  • Manage budgets and costs effectively, ensuring financial objectives are met while maintaining profitability.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS, PARTNERS, AND STAKEHOLDERS within the region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, monitoring and reporting on zone performance as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, management, marketing, commerce, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years experience in retail chains, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential for this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and lead teams through challenges.
