
Strategic Partnership Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the Role- Identify and build a pipeline of qualified channel/reseller partners.
- Pitch our platform and value proposition to decision-makers.
- Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Manage partner lifecycle through CRM tools and assist with integration handoffs.
- Own partner performance across volume, revenue, and activation metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular reviews and check-ins.
- Enable partners with training, sales kits, and ongoing support.
- Monitor account health, usage, and surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with marketing on co-branded campaigns and enablement kits.
- Work closely with onboarding, product, and delivery teams to ensure success.
- Share partner insights to influence product roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Ability to manage multiple partners, timelines, and revenue goals simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and performance metrics.
- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
- Exposure to international partnerships is a plus.
