Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Commerce Growth Leader to join our team. As a key member of our digital agency, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our digital services and technology offerings.

Your primary focus will be on owning and driving the entire revenue charter for our fastest-growing verticals. This includes leading new business pipeline development, pitching to mid-to-large enterprise clients, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within our existing client base.

You will lead a small but sharp team of sales executives, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to succeed in their roles. Your ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with client decision-makers will be critical to your success.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will also work closely with our business heads to shape revenue forecasts, GTM strategies, and productized service bundles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 9-15 years of experience in business development/revenue roles within digital agencies only
  • Strong track record of winning mid-to-large deals in at least two of the following verticals: BFSI, Auto, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Tech
  • Excellent pitch craft - able to command a room, tell a story, and close
  • A sharp understanding of digital agency service lines (creative, social, media, tech builds) and comfort with tech discussions
  • Hustler mindset: comfortable with targets, proactive pipeline building, and hands-on selling
  • Team leadership experience, but equally comfortable rolling up sleeves and leading pitches personally
  • A mix of strategic thinking and street-smart selling - able to open doors and expand the mandate once inside
