Strategic Growth Manager

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Strategic Growth Manager, where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.

  • Develop clear, actionable strategies for SEO, ABM, outbound, and other digital channels that align with client business goals.
  • Translate strategy into execution plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and resourcing across teams.
  • Monitor live campaigns and performance data to spot risks, surface wins, and trigger course corrections.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to drive revenue and growth.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, integrating new tactics, tools, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Growth Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and marketing.
  3. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and incorporating them into our strategic plans.
  4. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or client success roles with at least 2 years in a similar role and 2 years in an agency managing multiple accounts.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital performance metrics, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Track record of execution and driving real business results.
