Lead Cybersecurity Business Growth

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our cybersecurity business growth. As the Strategic Business Unit Head, you will be responsible for leading our team through its next phase of growth.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Drive top-line growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding market share in the cybersecurity sector.

About You:

  • A proven track record in scaling operations within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry, with strong expertise in sales, business development, and strategic planning.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
  • Visionary, collaborative leader based in Mumbai, India.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Overseeing all financial aspects of the business unit, ensuring budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance.
  • Building and optimizing scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth.
  • Fostering a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset.
