  • Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the overall business strategy to grow our BPO and AI-driven service portfolio, leveraging expertise in leadership, industry knowledge, and capital investment to ensure aligned interests with our vision and long-term growth.
  • Expand client base across industries, develop partnerships, and introduce new revenue streams by applying your skills in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Oversee profitability, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable excellence across all accounts by exercising your expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Contribute agreed capital investment and take an active role in financial decision-making, fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability among high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold governance standards while leveraging automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements and Skills

  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries.
  • Strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery, backed by expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations, accompanied by excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
