About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our enterprise's financial performance and drive its next phase of growth. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for expanding our markets, upgrading operations and technology, and building a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive value creation and set roadmaps for successful outcomes.
  • Take ownership across all functional areas, working through empowered teams and shared services to achieve business objectives.
  • Pursue market expansion opportunities in Oil & Gas and new verticals, while building channel/partner ecosystems in priority geographies.
  • Build a predictable order book and margin profile by negotiating long-cycle contracts and key accounts.
  • Implement manufacturing improvements, such as increasing throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality, while deploying capital expenditures with disciplined returns.
  • Lead digital/ERP transformation efforts and establish data-driven governance processes.
  • Enhance supply chain resilience through vendor development and strategic sourcing.
  • Foster a performance culture by establishing clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership development programs, with safety and compliance as non-negotiable priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen. Experience in industry-specific knowledge, such as oil and gas, is preferred but not required.
