Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking an experienced financial planning and analysis professional to join our team as a Strategic Financial Leader.

This role will be responsible for leading the development of scalable, optimized financial planning solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into actionable financial plans using Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure delivery meets quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 plus years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage workload and assignments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Certifications:

  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required).
  • Workday Financials Certification (preferred).
  • Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred).
